Stone Setting Course at SquarePeg Studios
Would you like to improve your skills in stone setting?
The stone setting course is aimed at makers with existing jewellery skills who want to gain additional expertise to allow them to make more complicated rings and settings. This is especially useful when undertaking commission work.
This 5 week course is taught by Majella Beck, an experienced teacher and contemporary jeweller.
The course will cover the following:
Week 1: Basic bezel setting
Week 2: Tube setting
Week 3: Flush setting
Week 4: Tension setting
Week 5: Make your own setting from one of the above
Starting date: Wednesday 18 May for 5 weeks
Time: 6.30 - 9.30pm
Cost: $275+material costs (or bring a friend and pay $245)
