Designed on a cad program but only printed the pattern to paper then doubled sided taped the metal sheets together, drilled all the holes, saw cut the pattern, cut all the rivets - all cold connection, no soldering, lots of sanding and polishing and then polymer filling instead of perspex core. And yes it is an amazing piece of sculpture to wear - never fails to attract lots of attention and comments.
