Magic Snake Bracelet

Our gift to ourselves this holiday weekend was the luxury of just playing in the studio and working through some of the tutorials we have accumulated. Donna Kato has a technique for producing a snakeskin-like pattern. Of course, we have to…

Brazilian Agate Pendant

We've been going back to our roots as lapidaries of late. The tons of fantastic material that we have collected over the years (and not cut yet) is nagging at us. Like this nice little piece of Brazilian Agate. We carved the back to catch the light…

Hi Corliss and John

Its great to have you join up.

There is lots of stuff you can do on kit and caboodle - put images, news and events up, ask/answer stuff in the forums, join a group and yes, you can even pimp your page. Its easy to move elements around and to change the format of your page.

Just remember kit and caboodle is a public network, its aim is promotional, so be sure to only put up personal details that you are comfortable with. There are privacy and email options in the settings. (Gazillions of kit and caboodle emails in your inbox driving you bonkers? Check out how to fix that in FAQ on the right.)

Kit and caboodle is an ideal place to put up posts about exhibitions or any current news that you have. There is a lot of interest in the network. It would be great if you posted regularly in the blog, you can choose to have blog posts on your page and/or on the front page. Add some images and links too.

Also dont forget to join our facebook page. Say hi to Sonya.

Most of all, there are lots of opportunities to network with other jewellers, outlets, galleries and to see what is happening in the world of contemporary jewellery. It should be fun. Anytime you have a problem, or cant work something out, let me know.

Cheers
Cathy
