Hi Anton
thanks for you message. I personally concentrate on botanical themes. I havent seen a lot of crosses in the pictures that jewellers have posted, although I do see them in some of the other contemporary jewellery blogs, especially the spanish ones. If you follow the links to 18kt, mar de color rosa and Klimt02 and look through their previous posts you might be able to find a few jewellers who use the cross, and follow the links to their sites.
It is curious that religious symbology does not seem to be a major feature of contemporary jewellery, especially considering the major link between christianity and jewelllery.
You could try starting a forum here, its easy, just click on the quick add icon and then choose discussion.

There is lots of stuff you can do on kit and caboodle - put images, news and events up, ask/answer stuff in the forums, join a group and yes, you can even pimp your page. We need your input to let us know what is happening in your part of the world so dont forget to add blog posts.
Just remember kit and caboodle is a public network, its aim is promotional, so be sure to only put up personal details that you are comfortable with. There are privacy and email options in the settings. (Gazillions of kit and caboodle emails in your inbox driving you bonkers? Check out how to fix that in FAQ on the right.)
Kit and caboodle is an ideal place to put up posts about exhibitions or any current news that you have. There is a lot of interest in the network. It would be great if you posted regularly in the blog, you can choose to have blog posts on your page and/or on the front page. Add some images and links too.
Also dont forget to join our facebook page. Say hi to Sonya.
Most of all, there are lots of opportunities to network with other jewellers, outlets, galleries and to see what is happening in the world of contemporary jewellery. It should be fun. Anytime you have a problem, or cant work something out, let me know.
