"Thank you Carmel, it does take some passion to accommplish our goals. I love my work but must admit that the one of a kind pieces are one for a reason! Like - What was I thinking!"

About
I Graduated from WASASM (TAFE) in 2003 with an Advanced diploma in Jewellery Design and Production, and have spent the last 7 Years working from my small studio at home.
My work is inspired by elements in the nature world, Organic forms, Textures and playful shapes.

I have explored elements of plant life, flowers, pods, bark, mosses, pebbles and marine life with themes of repetition, layering and texture.

A traditional material like silver allows me to discover and manipulate the material by applying different textures and finishes using traditional techniques such as forging, doming, hammer texturing and patination.

Colour, textiles and gemstones as well as non-traditional materials like paper, buttons and ribbon are also of great interest to me and I enjoy how they influence my pieces and working process.
