So lovely to hear from you, and so good to hear that you are finding some inspiration: I've always loved that word - the spirit within. Like 'enthusiasm', from 'en theos'; god within.
I'm just snatching a few sleepless moments from jetlag, having arrived in Frankfurt with my son, Tyrus, yesterday. We're just 'washing our eyes', and 'eating the wind' for a couple of weeks...
Today wew might go to Hanau, to see the Goldschmiedehaus exhibitions that are on...It's only a quick train trip from F.
Some wonderful architecture here in F. Buildings that morph into vortexes; others that undulate to and fro as they ascend... a wild backdrop for the beautiful earlier century remnants of the original F., with their intricate slate roofs that turn curves seamlessly, like the scales on a lizard's skin. And I love the way that the CAD-designed buildings, with new teschnologies, still carry forward the design concerns and motifs of the past, for those who want to see the continuum...
Well, Sarah, you take care. But also take zest...
Cheers,
Phill.

Oh Sarah...
Motivation...?! You are living and breathing in a time between the Ice Ages; the best of times of warmth and abundance... Enjoy and express the Life Force that surges and throbs through you.
Anyway, we all have flat spots...
But it is those dips that make us appreciate the highs. And then, GO FOR IT... Don't waste a minute, because Life is juicy, and there to be seized by the lapels, and restled into submission to your Will.
Surprise us with the manifestation of your creative daring...
And Laugh. Laugh at the sublime inanity of Existence. It doesn't owe you anything, and you owe it nothing; so you have nothing to lose, and nothing to prove.
Nothing to do but play with Form and Material, melded by Ideas...
Oh..., my ribs ache from mirth...
Do noy worry about Motivation. It will sneak up on you and cuff you, and drag you to exhaustion, until you beg for respite...And before you know it, there will not be enough minutes in the hour, and you will plead for a Long Life to accomplish all that your creative mind can envisage.
Hello!!!

There is lots of stuff you can do on kit and caboodle - put images, news and events up, ask/answer stuff in the forums, join a group, chat and yes, you can even pimp your page. Its easy to move elements around and to change the format, take a look in the settings.
Just remember kit and caboodle is a public network, its aim is promotional, so be sure to only put up personal details that you are comfortable with. There are privacy and email options in the settings.
Kit and caboodle is an ideal place to put up posts about exhibitions or any current news that you have. There is a lot of interest in the network, both locally and overseas. It would be great if you posted regularly in the blog, you can choose to have blog posts on your page and/or on the front page. Add some images and links too.
Anytime you have a problem, or cant work something out, let me know.
Cheers
