Whitireia New Zealand's contemporary jewellery students are holding their annual jewellery auction with many stunning pieces donated by established international and graduate jewellers.
Generously donated work from jewellers Karl Fritsch, Lisa Walker, Warwick Freeman, Areta Wilkinson, Matthew McIntyre-Wilson and more will be auctioned alongside past and current students' work. This event is an amazing opportunity to walk away with an original piece of jewellery and to support the on-going success of some talented students.

Presenter Kim Hill will once again control the gavel, with all proceeds going towards the creation and printing of the 2011-12 jewellery student catalogue which showcases students' work to international and national galleries.
The Whitireia course, led by Peter Deckers, is turning out students attracting international attention. Most recently, graduate Sam Kelly was invited to show at the much renowned Talente Exhibition in Munich, Germany. While Julia Middleton and Jess Winchcombe are both exhibiting at Galerie Marzee in The Netherlands and Sarah-Jane Read is represented by Charon Kransen in New York.
