FORM also offers a Practitioner’s Membership with liability insurance. Tailored specifically for artists, craftspersons and designers, this membership delivers a comprehensive public liability insurance package on top of the usual benefits included in an Individual FORM membership:

The Practitioner’s Membership caters specifically for individuals who are primarily involved in the production and sale of their own artworks and items of their own design. ‘Sales’ include exhibitions, displays, as well as market stalls.
