Melissa Turner and Effie Milos are interested in the sharing of craft from generation to generation.  Each woman's work at first glance is a replica of her mother's, but in fact it is a very careful and considered reinterpretation of tradition. Using the handcraft techniques of their families as a starting point, they have reinterpreted materials, forms and techniques to produce these very special bodies of works.
