A studio space suitable for a jeweller will soon be available at Sophia St Studio in Surry Hills, Sydney. The Studio is approx. 60sq. meters and is shared with 2 other jewellers and a photographer and we are looking for an independent, friendly
creative person to share this space with us.
It is a secure space with 24 hour access. We are close to Central Station, Crown St, Palloys, a 15 min. brisk walk to A&E/ HOJ, and not so far from Bourke St Bakery. . . Facilities include a small kitchen area and toilet.
Rent is $387.75 per calendar month, incl. GST, electricity is extra.
