Hi! Your work is absolutely stunning.
I love how they look on the models and how it must make one's feel wearing them: empowered, gorgeous and definitely setting trends

Hi Alister,
I've just checked out your new website, and I have to say it's pretty damned fine!
I love the fact that you are also collaborating with 3 other creatives, and you seem to be of the same calibre, which always helps. The photography is stunning & really does justice to the work.
Your brand is really very well thought out. I wish I was as far along with my branding as you appear to be.
Take care,
Linnie x

Thanks Alister,
I'm all for networking too. It's definitely the new black! I don't know what things are like in Aus, but the London jewellery scene is pretty small. I always meet at least 5 people I know at any jewellery event. It would be nice to meet at least 5 buyers each time tho'.
Take care

Wow! You seem to have hit the ground running!
Your collections are stunning. It's really great to see a designer who has the whole package sorted. Branding and photography is so important, and you've really nailed it.

Good luck honey,

Hi ho!
Lurve your work!
I have been enjoying having some down time after frantically finishing the exhibition! But now I'm on a roll with my work and have lots of new ideas i have to keep the momentum going. I also have to make some jewellery for my sister's year 12 ball in two weeks! Oh why do we agree to these things!!!?
Hows your work going?

Hi Alister

Its great to have you join up. Yeah, I have been taking a break, but will be back at Curtin. Should be fun. Your work looks great, as always.

There is lots of stuff you can do on kit and caboodle - put images, news and events up, ask/answer stuff in the forums, join a group and yes, you can even pimp your page. Its easy to move elements around and to change the format of your page.

Just remember kit and caboodle is a public network, its aim is promotional, so be sure to only put up personal details that you are comfortable with. There are privacy and email options in the settings. (Gazillions of kit and caboodle emails in your inbox driving you bonkers? Check out how to fix that in FAQ on the right.)

Kit and caboodle is an ideal place to put up posts about exhibitions or any current news that you have. There is a lot of interest in the network. It would be great if you posted regularly in the blog, you can choose to have blog posts on your page and/or on the front page. Add some images and links too.

Also dont forget to join our facebook page. Say hi to Sonya.

Most of all, there are lots of opportunities to network with other jewellers, outlets, galleries and to see what is happening in the world of contemporary jewellery. It should be fun. Anytime you have a problem, or cant work something out, let me know.

Cheers
Cathy
