Hi Catherine!
No I am actually living and working in Iceland. I studied in Edinburgh and lived there for a year after I graduated and have been lucky enough to do exhibitions with some great galleries..
Thanks for your interest! Did your study in the Uk?

There is a great company in the USA called http://www.hooverandstrong.com/ they are good for gold. http://www.aussiesapphire.com.au/ have great Sapphires. As for other gems I use vintage, especially diamonds. I haven't found one diamond company that can be trusted anywhere in the world, and I have been looking for years!

Hi Catherine

Its great to have you join up.

There is lots of stuff you can do on kit and caboodle - put images, news and events up, ask/answer stuff in the forums, join a group, chat and yes, you can even pimp your page. Its easy to move elements around and to change the format, take a look in the settings.

Just remember kit and caboodle is a public network, its aim is promotional, so be sure to only put up personal details that you are comfortable with. There are privacy and email options in the settings.

Kit and caboodle is an ideal place to put up posts about exhibitions or any current news that you have. There is a lot of interest in the network, both locally and overseas. It would be great if you posted regularly in the blog, you can choose to have blog posts on your page and/or on the front page. Add some images and links too.

Anytime you have a problem, or cant work something out, let me know.

Cheers
Cathy

Not yet, but I have been willing to do it for a long time. It's just that I would have to buy a lot of new materials for it. I wish I could trie it, before I start buying everything :)
